4-N-1 is a no-rinse skin protectant wash cream that is a gentle alternative to soap and water. Cleans, protects, nourishes, and restores even the most delicate skin. Fortified with dimethicone, it leaves behind a moisture barrier to nourish and protect the skin. Ideal for frequent cleansing and incontinent care.

DermaPhor™ soothes and contributes moisture to dry, rough, or cracked skin and lips, and shields from the drying effects of wind and cold weather. Can also be used to aid in the healing of minor cuts, scrapes, and burns. Ideal for pharmacy use as a stable miscible compounding base. Contains petrolatum. Fragrance free.
